There is no dress code for guests of the London Golf Club who are visiting on a ticket only basis. However, guests using the hospitality facilities and / or Pro-Am teams are required to adhere to the Clubs dress code. Jeans and collarless T-shirts are not permitted on the courses at any time unless specifically designed for golf. Ladies may wear sleeveless shirts provided they are tailored. Spikes or rubber soled golf shoes must be worn on the courses and it is acceptable to wear training shoes on the driving range. Tailored shorts, knee length or short white socks may be worn by male members and guests. Ladies may wear ankle length socks. Tracksuits are not acceptable on the courses, driving range or any practice facility |
Free parking will be available within the grounds of The London Golf Club.” And “Tournament parking will be available directly outside the Clubhouse for VIPs, officials, European Seniors Tour professionals, sponsors, members and members’ guests.” 1) Public parking - this will be situated in the field oposite the main entrance to the London Golf Club on Stansted Road. There will be transport from the entrance to the public facilties. 2) Clubhouse parking - This will be situated by the Clubhouse with 2 additional overflow car parks. This car park will be strictly ticket only. Available to VIP's, Officials, European Seniors Tour professionals, Sponsors, Members and Members guests. Toilets Toilets will be available within the public Village and for guests across the course - 5th tee / 6th green and 14th green / 15th tee. Catering Catering will be available within the Hospitality Village and for guests besides the 14th green and 15th tee. The village will have bar and food facilities, entertainment and public conveniences. First Aid First aid facilities will be available through St John's Ambulance at The London Golf Club. This will be situated at the rear of the driving range. Opening Times Public gates open at 8.00am and close at 6.30pm. The first tee off time is at 09.00am and play is expected to conclude by 4.30pm each day. Practice Facilities Driving range The facilities include a 330 yard long and 100 yard wide practice ground. The public will be able to view the professionals practicing from the rear of the driving range. Practice Greens There are two practice greens located beside the driving range. 1) Putting green constructed with grasses which match the Heritage course. 2) The chipping green constructed with two practice bunkers, one of which is a fairway bunker to practice those long bunker shots. |
